How long does it take?ምን ያህል ጊዜ ይወስዳል?

Usually 3 to 14 days from the day you pay. We tell you the day it flies rather than promising a date we cannot keep.ብዙውን ጊዜ ከከፈሉበት ቀን ጀምሮ ከ3 እስከ 14 ቀናት። ልንጠብቀው የማንችለውን ቀን ከመቅጠር ይልቅ የሚበርበትን ቀን እንነግርዎታለን።

Who can collect it?ማን ሊረከበው ይችላል?

Only the person you name, with photo ID. Give us their name exactly as it is printed on it — if the two do not match, cargo will not hand the box over.እርስዎ የሰየሙት ሰው ብቻ፣ ፎቶ ያለው መታወቂያ ይዞ። ስማቸውን በመታወቂያው ላይ በተጻፈው መልኩ በትክክል ይንገሩን — ካልተመሳሰለ ካርጎ ሳጥኑን አያስረክብም።

Why is the size asked for?መጠኑ ለምን ይጠየቃል?

Aircraft charge for room as well as weight. A large box of clothes is light but takes up space, so it is charged on whichever is greater. We would rather you knew that before you pack than after.አውሮፕላኖች በክብደት ብቻ ሳይሆን በቦታም ያስከፍላሉ። ትልቅ የልብስ ሳጥን ቀላል ቢሆንም ቦታ ይይዛል፣ ስለዚህ ከሁለቱ በሚበልጠው ይከፈልበታል። ይህን ከሸከፉ በኋላ ሳይሆን በፊት እንዲያውቁት እንመርጣለን።
